The report of Management Team provided an update on progress to date with the new leisure and community facility at Bradford Street, Tonbridge which formed part of the overall regeneration proposals for the town centre. The report brought forward the proposed content design for the new facility to be displayed at a public exhibition in October. Careful consideration was given to the proposed new centre and Members noted that comments received from members of the public during the exhibition would be reported back to the Advisory Board for consideration, prior to a planning appliction being submitted. RECOMMENDED: That the proposed design for the new Bradford Street leisure and community centre be agreed for the purpose of public exhibition and comments received from members of the public be reported back to the Advisory Board. *Referred to Cabinet |
